Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

The company will be responsible for all internal parts repaire unless due to negligance of operator.

The company will not be responsible for the damage of external or internal parts resulted from negligence or mishandling by the operator.

Clients are not allowed to open any parts or internal mechanism of the chai, failing which the company will not be responsible for the cost of repair. 

The company will be responsible for the external wear and tear of leather parts but not dues to mishandling by the operator or deliberately expose to sunlight. 

Customer services response time will take up to 3 days within Klang Valley and 7 days for outstation. 

Client must obtain approval from Company on the location to place the massage chair. Client must obtain prior approval before any relocation
